Essential Job Functions:
- Views and documents infractions using audio/ video surveillance technology and associated programs.
- Completes surveillance reports and investigations promptly following company, state, federal and tribal standards.
- Visually monitors casino floor to ensure that all gaming regulations and company standards are being followed.
- Adheres to strict confidentiality of department and casino information at all times.
- Must learn to effectively operate all technology and computer programs used in the surveillance department, and be able to adapt and learn new systems and procedures.
- Immediately communicates possible issues to supervisors and management.
- Utilizes surveillance equipment to protect the gaming assets of the company.
- Utilizes surveillance equipment to identify and report possible safety perils to the staff and patrons.
- Works with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of prior experience preferred.
