Seeking a knowledgeable customer service resentative with an innate ability to motivate, has a hard work ethic, energy, charisma, professionalism, and passion in sharing with potential candidates on how to better themselves by continuing their education in order to have a thriving career within the world of health care. The customer service rep will be expected to recruit students, share our services, and provide an opportunity to empower those eager to have a successful career. The customer service rep will work with clients and community partners to discover their desires, create solutions, and ensure a smooth customer service/recruitment/sales process. The customer service rep will work to find new recruitment leads and new opportunities through various means such as business directories, client referrals, daily inquiries, and other creative strategies.
In addition, our customer service rep will focus on inside sales, which will involve receiving daily inquiries from those who desire more information regarding the programs at the college, "cold calling" for new candidates while in an office setting as well as outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing opportunities, presentations, career fairs, and educational entities. This position may require a customer service rep that will have a combination of inside and outside customer service/recruitment (sales) duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about our services and different programs, and answer any questions they might have.
- Flexibility: Hard work ethic required.
- Persistence: Not every candidate is going to be a recruit. Being able to bounce back if you lose a recruit will be key for this job.
Experience:
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
