Answering & distributing calls;
Client Requesting Status: transfer to status department;
Client Refusing Status Dept: transfer to legal assistant to schedule phone call;
Scheduling: transfer to legal assistant;
Can’t reach team? Inform caller that you will send a message – send an email to Matter Team and attach to ATO/Litify
Distributing after-hours/weekend voice messages;
Check voicemails first thing in the morning and send emails
Receiving packages/mail and distributing to appropriate staff;
Stocking & taking inventory of kitchen and supply room;
Setting up lunch/breakfast/snacks/beverages for meetings, as necessary;
Cleaning up conference room after meetings;
Receiving and distributing faxes for P&C and NH Depts.;
Serve refreshments to guests/clients;
Keep log of incoming checks for P&C Dept.;
Prepare packages for pickup/delivery as requested by management; and
Any other tasks deemed necessary by management.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 8/5
