Boulevard Home is looking for a self-motivated and hard-working individual to join our Furniture Sales Team. You will need to have a willingness to provide great customer service and maintain product knowledge of all furniture products including Mattresses, Living room, Bedroom, Dining, Home Office, Outdoor furniture and more. Being Detail oriented in all aspects of the sales process to ensure our guests are taken care of will also benefit to your success in this position.

Skills Needed:
- In this position you will need to learn about the products Boulevard Home provides and have the ability to sell all items that we have in our St. George Store including Mattresses, Living room, Bedroom, Dining, Home Office, Outdoor furniture and more. Having design experience is preferred, but not required.
- You must be detail oriented, and be a self-motivator as you will need to be able to qualify our guests needs or wants and be able to convey the best possible options for them and their living space. This could include taking measurements, picking out fabric, suggesting brands etc. To accomplish this, you will be walking with your guests around our large sales floor several times over and many days needing to be on your feet for long periods of time throughout the day definitely hitting that 15,000+ step count!
- In order to succeed in this position you must have excellent communication skills and good customer service skills as you create a positive rapport with guests and will be working directly with them and other departments throughout the company on a daily basis.
- Being bilingual and able to speak Spanish would be beneficial in this position.
- You must maintain knowledge of current sales or promotions and keep up to date with ongoing offers to provide accurate information for our guests.
- Basic computer skills will be required as you will be writing up sales, credits, cancellations, looking up inventory, searching special order information and vendor websites on a daily basis. Being able to become familiar with Gmail, Google Drive, Discord, our phone system in addition to our inventory system in a timely manner will set you up for success when assisting your guests so you can focus on their needs and use these tools to help you with that.
- You will need to have a personable and positive attitude and be able to work in a team atmosphere to ensure our guests are provided with quality service.
- Having prior retail sales experience would be beneficial in this position but is not required.
- You will need to be able work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 10am-7pm each week. You will also need to be available to work other special events as needed.
- You will need to be able to be on your feet for long periods of time throughout the day.
BlvdHome is a drug-free workplace, and all team members will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday 10a-7p, with Sunday off and another rotating day off during the week. You will also need to be available to work other special events as needed.
Salary:
$50k-$100k (commission with guarantee).
