- Hospitality – refilling snacks and drinks into refrigerators and assisting with office lunch preparation and setting up for meetings with supplies and catered food.
- Loading collected dishware into dishwashers.
- Ordering food and drinks from various vendor lists.
- Some mailroom work printing and package/supply receipt/delivery, and fulfillment of special requests so there may be some extensive lifting, walking and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Dress code is law firm business casual, comfortable shoes.
- No driving is required.
- The worksite is Allen Matkins LLP Century City.
- Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
- Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
- Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
- Basis electronics knowledge is preferred..
- Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal industry is highly desired.
- Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
