Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of office operations
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and greet visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, binding, scanning, typing, and copying
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills through various channels, including phone, email, mail, and text, employing a polite and professional approach to ensure effective and respectful interactions.
- Adept at providing accurate and timely information by effectively addressing questions and fulfilling requests
- Maintain office inventory and re-order supplies as needed

- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, in addition to Adobe Acrobat and Quickbooks

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
