Smith & Associates Developer Services Division
The Developer Services Division of Smith & Associates Real Estate specializes in the sale & marketing of luxury, pre-construction condominium communities. To ensure the highest level of service to our developer clients, each community maintains a team that operates out of an onsite sales gallery and is dedicated to the sale & marketing of these homes.
Our division is looking for motivated & dedicated sales associates to join our team for onsite sales galleries throughout Tampa Bay. Each team of 2-3 associates specializes in that developer's offering and facilitates the sale of that property.
Position requirements are as follows:
- The onsite sales team works together to provide full-time coverage of the sales gallery open 7 days a week
- Sales Associates are independent contractors
- Must have an active Florida real estate license in good standing
- Paid by commission
- Must have on-site, new construction condominium sales experience
