This position of Community Sales Manager is primarily responsible for generating new home sales and managing the process from the initial contact with a prospective buyer through closing. We are looking for a highly driven, motivated, and positive individual to join this exceptional team!

At Inspired Realty, you would represent the growing, high-quality & customer focused home builder Inspired Homes in one of their exclusive communities located in either Johnson County, KS, or Lee’s Summit MO. We provide training, a high level of professional service and a quality-built product. Inspired Homes offers Brand Marketing assistance, a CRM system, professional home photography, yard signage and office equipment to all their exclusive Community Sales Managers. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate purchase and closing documents for each sale.
- Coordinate and communicate with all parties for each sale and closing including appraisers, lenders, inspectors, construction managers, design center etc.
- Generate and follow up on leads from realtors, networking, community events and referrals.
- Track all communication through the CRM.
- Ensure model home is clean and in excellent condition for prospects.
- Coordinate with the construction team on any model home maintenance issues.
- Work closely with the marketing team to organize realtor, community, and prospect events.
- Gather and analyze local housing market data.
- Develop a thorough understanding of competition through visiting competitors model homes, inventory, and websites regularly.
- Address concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Pay Structure
Independent Contractor (1099)- 100% commission based. Earning potential is $75,000 - $100k+.
Skills and Qualifications (Required)
- Strong negotiating and closing skills.
- Ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions to problems or objections.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, video, text, phone, and email.
- Basic understanding of mathematical and financial principles
- Thorough understanding of mortgages, loans, construction terms and the homebuilding and home selling process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-signature software and CRM’s.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and regularly scheduled business hours.
Work Experience (Required)
- Active real estate license in MO and KS
- 3 years of new home sales or real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
