Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. For both businesses. Sports cards and memorbailia (winter)/Roofing contracting (summer)
This opportunity is a mostly work from home opportunity! Hours do change weekly but will be flexible with other employees obligations (within reason)!
First business is a sports card and memorabilia online retailer that requiers sorting and shipping of purchased products and good in a timely, professional, and safe manor. (Training is short and simple)
The second business is a roofing company in the summer time that operates at full capacity and requires help filing insurance paperwork, city permits, job emails, crew communication, and xactimate files.
- sorting and packaging product appropriatly so it will not damage in the mail.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Perform data entry
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy.
- Prior experience in an office or front desk setting is prefered
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is a plus
