- Manage and lead the customer service team, including training and performance evaluation.

**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a customer service management role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sales or related fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
