As we continue to rapidly grow, we have an opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our operation at Taylor Farms Southern California as a Logistics Coordinator, located in Ontario, California.
The Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our production by coordinating all support functions of the warehouse and procurement. This diverse role demands inventory control, shipping and receiving, quality control and WMS data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow all Covid-19, warehouse safety, food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance protocols.
· Schedule delivery appointments and transportation for customers
· Managing inbound and outbound delivery time for both raw and finished goods
· Conforming the purchase orders from Corona, Ohio, Salinas
· Manage all Sales Orders and Purchase Orders data entry and documentation
· Releasing FIFO from 3 PL warehouses and onsite inventory
· Managing the 3PL warehouse inventory
· Coordinate all updates and requests with Taylor Farms Logistics
· Updating the shipping link on the shared files
· Maintain all proper documentation for inbound raw materials to comply with accounting
practices
· Correctly forwarding finished good receipts to accounting and finance
· Keeping inventory of finished goods manageable so warehouse space is available for
incoming raw materials.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 years prior warehouse/ distribution experience preferred
- 3-year WMS, Inventory, RF Scanner experience
- Microsoft Experience Required: Word, Outlook, Excel,
- Intermediate mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Intermediate computer skills
Physical demands and abilities:
- Frequently lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds
- Adjust body position to bend, twist, stoop, squat, pivot, walk and stand for long periods of time

M-F 6am-2:30pm, some potential Saturdays if need basis
