We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone calls and emails, as well as supporting the operational needs of our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints with empathy and efficiency; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide product information, assist with order placements, and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Answers product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Showroom Support:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Develop an understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and specifications, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Support showroom events and promotions by preparing materials and setting up displays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing, retail or showroom setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
