Who are we hiring?
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of the warehouse, retail stores, and portable locations within Radio City Music Hall. The incumbent will be responsible for customer service aspects, employee productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies and standards.
What will you do?
- The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the proper receiving, storing and distributing of all food, beverage, paper-goods and merchandise products throughout Radio City.
- Organizing the work day's activities based on in-coming and out-going deliveries
- Distribute days' work requisitions to the staff and monitor that the work is being completed on a timely basis.
- Physically check all receiving coming in the building for counts and quality control.
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders and let Purchasing Dept. know of any shortages, product sent back, price differentials and other receiving issues, which might need attention and action taken immediately.
- Input all receiving into the Eatec system. Match up paperwork i.e. P. O's, invoices, and Merchandise arrivals and forward to Finance Dept. for payment.
- Physically check and verify all out going deliveries to the Food, Beverage and Merchandise locations; maintain all inventory
- Train and develop staff; recommend and enforce disciplinary actions for staff as necessary.
- Oversees Scheduling, Time and Attendance and Payroll by actively utilizing company systems i.e. Workforce and Sharepoint.
- Ensure all company policies and standards are being met
What do you need to succeed?
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in food service. Food operations/service preferred in accordance with NYC Board of Health regulations.
- Candidates who have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
- Must have New York City Food Protection Certificate along with previous experience in training, cash handling, food and beverage sanitation requirements, equipment operation and liquor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Advanced knowledge with merchandise operations and sales techniques is essential.
- Must have experience in producing and maintaining visual displays in a retail environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage assets.
- Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be people oriented.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality service experience for guests.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills necessary.
- Ability to present an uplifting personality while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and business ethics.

Special Requirements
- Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
- Must be comfortable with heights (working on high floors) and navigating steep steps and inclines.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand and move about the theater throughout the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
- Valid NYS driver's license, required to pick up & transport product.
- Food Protection Certificate required by the DOH.
