StrideCare is a multi-specialty physician group focused on delivering comprehensive lower extremity care across Texas. Our expert doctors specialize in the treatment of foot and ankle problems, lower extremity care, wound care, vascular and vein care. Our physicians and surgeons offer multi-disciplinary treatment for common and complex conditions including diabetes, peripheral arterial disease, neuropathy, diabetic foot ulcers, venous insufficiency, and wounds.

Job Summary:

Support executive leadership with strategic project management
-
Fully own day to day management of project plans, to include:
-
Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
-
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones
-
Adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needed
-
Ensuring that all project members are completing tasks diligently and on time
-
Maintaining communication and providing regular status updates to internal teams throughout course of project plans
- Report to Director, EHR and Project Management, works cross-functionally with Directors across the organization
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

Three years of project management or other relevant experience
-
Prior experience in healthcare, ambulatory setting preferred
-
Discerning ability to recognize salient business issues that "move the needle"
-
High level of attention to detail and extremely well-organized
-
Experience in process improvement, Six Sigma preferred
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distill important concepts for an executive audience
-
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
-
Proficient with Office365 and project management applications (Asana)
-
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across an organization and influence others
-
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
-
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
