Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Assistant to join our team as a crucial support role for our Mortgage Loan Officer. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Mortgage Loan Officer in managing and organizing client files and documents.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather necessary information and provide updates on loan status.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage the officer's calendar efficiently.
- Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Assist in marketing efforts such as preparing promotional materials and maintaining social media presence.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry practices and terminology is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
