Job Summary:
Perform a variety of Inside Parts and Service Representative duties related to the sale and support of processing Parts and equipment to and established and growing customer base, ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate customer interactions (primarily by phone and email), contact customers and assist with needs and quoting. Ability to perform at a high level with consistency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive high volume of inbound calls, respond in an efficient and effective manner to customer requests and questions regarding equipment parts, service and technical items.
- Identify customer needs and solutions per collected data and respond quickly to resolve immediate needs.
- Use computer to access and update customer data.
- Use online Dealer Portals to acquire parts manuals, schematics, drawings and information necessary to identify parts and solutions and use results to prepare sales orders and purchase orders within company accounting system.
- Maintain incoming and outgoing parts and keep inventory locations and quantities up to date.
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures to ensure outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain open communication with peers, management and owners.
