Call Center Representative - Medical Office
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers/patients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling patients for new and follow up appointments, as well as diagnostic imaging and procedures. Solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior is also of vital importance.
Applicants must be able to work out of either our Norcross or McDonough locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and online referrals in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers and referral sources by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred but not required
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
