We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Previous restaurant management experience and ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification is required, along with a strong inclination to learn, must be able to direct others, understand what it takes to have the restaurant inspection ready, and attention to detail a must.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing the kitchen, and ensuring quality service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and catering practices

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
Must be within a 30 minute commute
