We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with leadership skills, to become a part of our busy occupational health team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative / insurance duties in a timely manner
- Measure patients' vital signs and needed clinical physical exam requirements.
- Administer vaccinations accurately and efficiently to patients under provider's care
- Escort patients to exam rooms / Clean exam rooms following all sanitation and infection prevention standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- DOT and non-DOT drug testing (willing to train)
- Breath Alcohol Testing (willing to train)
- PPD and Venipunctures (willing to train)
- Phlebotomy certification/ experience
- Audio & PFT Testing experience
