Role Objective:
As our Customer Success Manager , you will be a key player in our team. As such, you’ll need to be empathic and speak to customers, have great problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of our services to ensure customer satisfaction. To establish every customer receives personalized and proactive support throughout their vital document processing.
Location: Miami, Florida (Coral Gables) In person. Not a Remote Position.
Responsibilities:
- Advocating for our customers: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the government document application process.
- Giving personalized support: Responsible for providing tailored guidance to meet the needs and timelines of each client, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Involves communicating on the phone and zoom calls with customers.
- Handling customer concerns: Quickly address and resolve client concerns that may arise, maintaining a supportive communication channel.
- Creating a feedback loop between our product team and the customers: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify insights, contributing to continuous improvement in our services.
- Work with our team: Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Educating and updating customers: Proactive approach to educating clients on the requirements involved in the passport process, including any updates along the way.
You’re a good fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in a customer service or success role, ideally within the travel industry or related industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and friendly manner.
- Strong empathy and listening skills, with a genuine desire to help others and create positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and proficiency in office software for communication and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in English written and verbal skills
- Hours: 9am - 6pm, EST time, M-F excluding federal holidays
- Process oriented and able to understand how different pieces of information connect
- Self-starter with an eye for process improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Speak to customers on zoom and phone calls
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, Team player
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Sales skills
- Strong analytical thinker with problem solving skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, highly proficient with data analysis, and organizational.
