Michele & Group is looking to expand our Winter Park office with an administrative assistant who has a focus in data entry. This is an in-person job, no virtual applicants. Full-time hire.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Perform routine administrative duties surrounding talent bookings and bookkeeping
- Maintain bookings and events calendar in all regards
- Handling and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Creating and submitting expense reports on a timely manner
- Numerical data entry on platforms
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Manage product stock and facilitate necessary shipping/receiving tasks
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with numbers and reports.
- Experience in accounting related roles preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Experience in administrative role preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Preferred skillset:
- Ability to process information quickly and efficiently
- Intermediate to advance level of proficiency in .xls.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
