The Sales Lead position is responsible for developing and maintaining referral business within a given territory to increase company sales while providing coaching and direction to a team of sales representatives to maintain quarterly sales goals and targets.

Your Day to Day Activities
The sales lead is responsible for building relationships with referring physicians, facilities and hospitals. They are also expected to provide further leadership to their sales team by fulfilling the following tasks:
- Meet quarterly revenue targets by developing own business and providing support to team of sales reps
- Collaborate with sales leads in other territories to strategize ongoing weekly and monthly trainings for sales team
- Complete tasks assigned by sales manager to effectively coach team members to hit quotas and goals
- Execute excellent sales and documentation process
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience within a prior leadership or coaching role
- Demonstrates a "growth mindset," with a proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills, coupled with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative in achieving goals.
Desired:
- Home Health or medical sales experience
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
- Demonstrates a "growth mindset," with a proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills, coupled with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative in achieving goals
- Bachelor’s degree
