PURPOSE
We are seeking a passionate and driven People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will assist the VP, of People Operations in managing the day-to-day people operations of the organization, touching upon multiple disciplines such as communications, and operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of people operations/human resources experience in a home care environment with a proven track record of success.
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
- The incumbent will provide vital support to the organization's people operations goals and business partnerships in aspects of human resources (HR), benefits, human resources information systems (HRIS), onboarding, compliance, culture, and employee engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain human resources programs by providing human resources services, including benefits administration, employment processing, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions.
- Complete special projects/research as needed.
- Protect the organization's and client’s value/privacy by keeping information confidential.
- Mentor current people operations team with the vision of the VP, People Operations
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in human resources or business administration.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- A minimum of three years of People Operations/HR experience in Home Care.
- Proficient in data entry.
- Team-oriented; takes initiative and leads by example.
- Experience using human resources information systems is required; Bamboo HR, Kantime, HHA Exchange, Quick Base, and Excel Force experience is preferred.
- Moderate Information Technology (IT) experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
