- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in using phone systems for customer communication
- Experience in transportation planning and management is a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management software preferred
- Ability to analyze shipping and receiving data effectively
- Strong typing skills for data entry tasks
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating logistics operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
