RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide management oversight for all phases of Commercial flooring projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget.
Project Management Responsibilities:
· Strategically manages all financial aspects of the project and develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion (following a logical pattern for reviewing and evaluating final estimate in RFMS for accuracy and efficiency, utilization of materials, resources, labor).
· Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and project costs, manages to and achieves revenue goals equal to or that exceed targets set for projects
· Tracks and controls project schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
· Plans, implements, tracks and closeout of projects.
· Ensures compliance with and follows established processes/procedures documented for RFMS, Structure and ProCore for the relevant aspects of the projects.
· Manages day to day general contractor interactions and expectations
· Responsible for the execution of the Submittal Review process between Subcontractors/Suppliers and design team.
· Coordinates with and oversees performance of all sub-contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
· Proactively identifies changes in project scope and/or revenue and ensures appropriate measures are taken.
· Responsible for proper administration of contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
· Effectively communicates/partners with Project Executive, assistant project managers, field managers and administrative support to ensure projects are moving along and presents issues and recommended solutions to the PX. Reports to Project Executive progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
· Generates and issues regular internal and external project reporting through company software (ProCore)
· Minimizes exposure and risk by implementing and auditing safety standards and quality assurance controls
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Completely Proficient with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Structure, RFMS Measure
· Financial and Job Cost Accounting Knowledge
· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Flooring: 1 year (Preferred)
- Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred)
