Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. paid weekly
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Onsite - Mesa, AZ 85201

Position Overview
This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review and process documents, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain functional reporting
- Open, Count, And High-Level Sort Daily incoming Mail
- Audit Source documents against established rules for quality assurance
- Analyze and review document content to decide on the appropriate handling and routing of the document; Identify inconsistencies and/or anomalies in documents
- Leverage expertise and knowledge to identify and take action on nonstandard documents
- Use systems to load document information
- Track and record document counts and other critical items
- Batch Eligible Documents for Processing
- Create a life in our system for batches using a Web-based Application
- Copying and Filing paperwork
- Analyze and extract information from documents into a web-based program with a high level of accuracy
- Review documents for problems and items that should not be processed
- Create a Digital batch record for documents to be keyed into
- Assist with special projects for mailroom/data entry on an as-needed basis
- Other office/clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Drug-screen and 7 year background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens
- Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel
- Previous work experience that required document review, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to use various equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, and mail-opening machines.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift as needed.
- Able to lift up to 20lbs
