Essential Functions:
· Entering transactions, balance sheet account reconciliations and financial statement preparation for clients
· Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping for clients
· Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for federal and state agencies
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual state sales tax returns
· Prepare annual Form 1099s
Requirements:
· Extensive experience in entering transactions, payroll processing, reporting and overall compliance
· Quickbooks experience a plus
· Time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
· Knowledge seeking with a willingness to learn
