Your Opportunity
Scion is paving a path in student living and we're seeking a talented Systems Support Specialist to join us in executing our vision. This position will focus on offering critical system support to the daily operational functions of Scion's communities. This Systems Support Specialist will guide internal teams to adhere to operational policies while providing exceptional customer service to ensure they are set up for success.
The Systems Support Specialist is a solution finder, that excels in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment, who is comfortable with quickly re-prioritizing. This role demands an eye for detail, well-honed organizational skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Serves as a resource for all users, communicates with software provider and provides end-user support.
- Manages user inquiries and troubleshooting tickets, monitors issues and follows-up with timely communication.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and escalates system issues as required and ensures resolution.
- Performs interface and upgrade testing as required and provides suggestions for efficiencies.
- Complies with team's workflow procedures and guides company members to adhere to policies.
- Creates and updates user profiles as required.
- Updates software settings as required to ensure policy changes are accurately reflected in the system.
- Assists with new property system transitions including bulk user creation and other data migrations.
- Updates property lease terms, applications, and additional items as necessary.
- Participates in industry and company trainings to stay current on system requirements.
- Reports on data as requested.

What We Require
- College graduate with one year of Entrata user and support experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Works well independently and as a member of various teams.
- Handles multiple, complex projects, with minimal guidance, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines.
- Values and fosters a sensitive and supportive approach to a diverse working and living environment.
Operational Details
- Job location is based at Scion's Chicago corporate headquarters.
- Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours.
