Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for our customers.
- Oversee website content creation, editing, and publishing, maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to ensure the website aligns with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
- Implement and manage e-commerce functionality, optimize product listings, shopping cart experience, and checkout process.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance (conversion rates, bounce rates).
- Stay up to date on the latest web design trends, best practices for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Manage website security and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical website issues and identify solutions, potentially working with web developers for complex issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and brand awareness through SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage website budget and resources effectively.
- Manage outsourced IT/Web Site provider.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [X years] experience in website management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to website optimization.

- Experience with SEO best practices a plus.
- Experience with basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other website analytics tools a plus.
