**Job Title: Receptionist**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using
- Process mail, scan mail and file mail
- Assist with tasks as needed
- Utilize to handle emails, data entry, and scheduling
- Provide support to various departments
- Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with processes
- Coordinate tasks as assigned
- Filing legal paperwork
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in using and other office equipment
- Strong with knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
