Description/Duties
- Coverage area: Greater Houston area
- 60% field work driving to and working with medical professionals and offices in the area.
- 40% prospecting (email, phone, text) and administrative tasks performed remotely at home office.
Duties
- Help scale Referral Stream's network of medical professionals in Houston-metro through canvassing, networking, marketing, and selling Referral Stream's proprietary value-add technology to drive sales and growth
- Prospecting and networking with Referral Senders’ offices (i.e., professionals sending referrals to our clients), identify who sends referrals in that office, obtain their contact info, and track the data and information in CRM
- Visit medical offices in person, build relationships and trust, setup and install Referral Stream's physical & digital buttons on-site, train and motivate Senders to start clicking when they have new referrals, and encourage referrals and growth
- Visit Referral Recipients’ offices (i.e., professionals receiving referrals using our technology), make sure they’re maximizing and utilizing notifications from the Senders, contacting them fast, and getting the referrals integrated immediately
- Prospecting (calls, emails, texts, in person); detailed task and contact management (i.e., maintain CRM); networking and cultivating relationships with medical professionals and office staff; & maintaining a Daily Activity Log and Hit List of all prospects you are working on
- This position requires extensive sales skills and a high level attention to detail with maintaining CRM databases, follow up schedules, creating lead lists, and managing relationships

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
