The ideal candidate will have experience in answering phones/emails, using Microsoft excel and word, scheduling calendars, basic electrical understanding, submitting papers, and ordering material. Responsibilities:
- Proficient in excel and word
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative duties
- Order fixtures and various materials
- Stay organized and up to date with emails
Requirements:
- Understanding of how to use Microsoft word and excel
- Ability to answer phones and speak with others in a professional manner
- Ability to learn and continue learning
- No experience required (will train on job)
