Shift Lead Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Train, coach and supervise team members to maintain high standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area - Handle cash transactions and manage cash register - Collaborate with the management team to implement company policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or food service is required - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively- Familiarity with Brink POS system is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Quick service/fast food experience background is required.
Flat Top Cook BOH Responsibilities: Produce high quality meals that meet company standards. Working in a fast-paced environment to meet required time goals. Marinating a clean and safe workplace. Dailly cleaning task!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
