Role Type: Full time
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
As the End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (E2E UAT) Lead Analyst, this position leads UAT across the organization for large programs with day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing the UAT testing and ensuring we are meeting strategic initiative deliverables. Coordinates UAT across large programs, monitors deliverables to ensure client and project needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion, helps write test scripts where needed. Coordinates with other teams to resolve any issues or risks, ensure deliverables are meeting expectations, and build relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Challenge the UAT testing across the organization to improve the quality of end-to-end UAT Testing (15%)

Drive the completion of UAT deliverables in line with project schedules and business needs. (15%)

Manage relationships with business leaders and internal leaders to ensure that E2E UAT meets or exceeds their expectations and drives the implementation of robust and reliable systems that meet or exceed their business needs. (15%)

Demonstrate proactive risk, scope, and issue management and act as an effective, efficient point of escalation. (10%)

Create innovative, effective training opportunities for the Business Analysis team members related to improving UAT testing, driving engagement, retention, and skill development. (10%)

Document test cases and/or test scenarios as needed across the organization (10%)

Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and commitment to open communication and win-win solutions. (5%)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of previous work experience

Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user requirements into system and end user test cases.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various business systems and processes as well as testing tools and methodologies.

Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities.

Effective and top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of comfort connecting and speaking to people at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience supervising employees directly or indirectly

3 to 5 years of Financial Services Industry experience
