We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our childcare team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our daycare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Posting engaging and informative content on social media platforms to promote our daycare services and engage with parents and the community.
- Arranging and organizing open houses and events to showcase our daycare to prospective families.
- Calling and following up with leads to provide information about our daycare, answer questions, and schedule tours.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting daycare staff as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for working with children and families.
