We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Product Logistics team as a Shipping Associate. In this role, you will prepare, package, and ship orders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring goods are packaged and shipped appropriately to minimize damage or wasted goods, and received by our customers on time.
What You Will Do

Process all orders that have been entered SAP for shipment

Pull and package products from inventory

Coordinate shipments properly to ensure items arrive at customer location in good condition and at the appropriate temperature

Communicate with other departments in a timely manner to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

Partner with Customer Service for specific shipment needs or custom paperwork that is needed

Verify labeling matches Customer Services notes on any custom orders

Extract product data sheets and packing slips from SAP to send with shipment

Confirm products and data sheets are accurate before shipping,

Record necessary shipment information, product lot numbers, and other important information in SAP

Process shipments labels through our external vendors and schedule pick up times if necessary

Perform outbound delivery checks to verify open orders that need to be corrected by Customer Service or Product Packaging for delivery

Verify all packages have been picked up

Keep shipping supplies stocked in shipping area

Backup the Product Packaging department as needed

Perform other tasks as assigned by management, which may not be listed above
Who You Are & What You Bring
Educational, and Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required

SAP experience highly preferred
-
Shipping experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Detail oriented and organized

Must be able to lift 50 lbs
