Job duties of a Maintenance Ticket Runner, include but are not limited to;
- Picking up grounds every morning & evening.
- Assisting with unit trash outs (removing furniture from vacant homes).
- Performing all repairs needed in occupied apartments.
- Minor painting (stairs, handrails, doors).
- Minor electrical work (replacing outlets, replacing GFCI outlets, replacing wall plates, installing ceiling fans, repairing light fixtures, & more).
- Float, tape, and repair sheetrock.
- Plumbing, unclogging toilets, replacing wax rings & flanges on toilets, replacing faucets.
- Shaving doors, sanding, working with drills & saws.
- HVAC certified is a PLUS but is not required. Maintenance experience IS REQUIRED.
- Doing all work orders called in by the tenants on property.
- Coming in afterhours for emergency work orders & rotating on-call schedule (for one week a month you are on call 24/7 in case of emergency work orders).
