As a Customer Service Representative working onsite in our Central Station, you will work with clients, customers, and employees for a variety of needs. Your Shift:
Midnight - 8:00am
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Demonstrate friendly and professional demeanor with all customers
- Provide prompt, accurate service
- Monitor phone calls while maintaining accurate records
- Deliver professional service to customers, clients, and employees alike
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Experience with alarm response or dispatching preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to obtain state licensing
- Clean background and able to pass a pre-hire drug screen
- Familiarity with or ability to learn Microsoft Office and database programs
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Phone customer service experience a plus!
- Available nights, holidays, and weekends
