Hiring Office Assistants Immediately
Duties:
1. Must be bilingual (Able to read/write/speak English and Spanish).
2. Must have experience on Microsoft Office Programs .
3. Answer the calls, Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
4. Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
5. Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
Required : Must have own transportation with a valid Driver's License.
Full time and Permanent Job, Monday to Friday, 40hours in a week, Weekly payment through Payroll (1099)
Pay : $15 - $18/hr. (DOE).
Location : Los Angeles, CA 90008, USA.
