Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Limpiar Spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals for our commercial cleaning services. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base by identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting our unique value proposition, and securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the commercial sector.
- Present Limpiar Spaces' cleaning services to prospective clients, emphasizing our eco-friendly solutions and cost-saving benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
