Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical areas.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor patient’s condition.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods tools or forms as needed to provide information to patients.
- Observe, interpret, and report changes in patient conditions or signs and symptoms of diseases or disorders.
- Monitor patients’ physical reactions and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, medical staff nurses, social workers and other licensed professionals.
- Perform routine patient visits (blood pressure measurements, etc.)and carry out other duties as assigned.
- Keeps records of patient care by completing required paperwork (checklists), updating patients’ charts as needed, and filing reports when appropriate.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, state/federal regulations and the TruCare Home Health , LLC policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
Skills:
- Home Health Experience preferred; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be a licensed RN with 1 year minimum RN experience.
- Strong background in primary care nursing
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
