Financial Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A client relatioship manager (CRM), will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CRMs are genuinely excited to help clients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve client complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and needs, as well as maintain high client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Manage your own dedicated client book of incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to client questions.
- Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
- Run needed reports for Client's meetings with the Advisors of the Office
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Follow the office processes for processing client documents, fund requests, opening accounts etc.
- Assist Clients with Technology
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience in a finacial planning or invesmtnet management firm.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail
- Associates degree
