Our growing IT Consulting company is looking for a Hard Core Executive Assistant to support our President and Co-Founder. This hybrid position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in getting the job done accurately, brings extreme organization, and obsesses over details. This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What will you do as the Executive Assistant to our President?
- Assist in managing, organizing, and prioritizing schedules, tasks, and to-do items.
- Develop systems to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Schedule and attend meetings to take notes and track action items.
- Ensure preparedness for meetings with necessary documents and information.
- Act as the first point of contact, promptly responding to client inquiries and managing expectations.
- Manage the email inbox, respond to correspondences, and provide daily email summaries.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications.
- Assist with the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Organize company events, offsites, team-building activities, and conferences.
- Provide personal assistance as needed, such as managing personal appointments and handling personal correspondence.
- Assist in marketing initiatives including webinars, YouTube content, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.

- Advanced education post high school; advanced administrative courses, training, and certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-level executives.
- Previous marketing experience required.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who works independently and takes pride in their work.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, process-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Growth mindset with a demonstrated desire to build and develop personal and professional skills.
- Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Skilled in email platforms, WordPress, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Expertise in photo editing for newsletters and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in CRM: report generation, data entry, and contact management.
