```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the sales department and owner.
- Greet visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Maintain spreadsheets and ensure accuracy and confidentiality according to company policy. Proficient knowledge and use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Calendar are a must
- Work with city permitting offices to secure permits.
- Type up proposals, invoices, and costing sheets.
- Filing and scanning of documents to client files.
- This position requires heavy use of spreadsheets, typing of multiple documents, maintenance of files, and accounting skills are a must.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in construction/landscaping would be beneficial.
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and staff members.
