Position Overview:

As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day, assisting our clients in navigating the complexities of Social Security Disability cases. We are looking for individuals with unwavering discipline, capable of staying focused and organized even in the face of challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Medical Development: Ensure comprehensive medical development at each stage of the claim process, obtaining all necessary medical records and documentation promptly and efficiently.
- Comprehensive Work History Compilation: Can compile detailed work history information from clients, including job descriptions and how tasks were performed, to support disability claims.
- Formulating Thoughtful Questions: Ability to formulate thoughtful and cohesive questions regarding ongoing medical requests to medical providers, ensuring clarity and completeness of information.
- Regular Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients regularly, providing clear and upfront information to address their inquiries and concerns. Consult with attorneys and case managers as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assistance with Non-Medical Documentation: Assist clients in completing Activity of Daily Living Forms and other important non-medical documentation required for disability claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Spanish/English fluency required
- Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly in Social Security Disability law, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and terminology is an advantage.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
