- Lead, perform and oversee the AR functions including cash application
- Generating reports and invoice listings to provide to billing and/or other team members to obtain payment status and/or to provide rebate related credits
- Responsible for generation of weekly AR Aging Reports & Cash Files
- Cross train and guide the AR team to support coverage and assist as needed for cash postings
- Assist with the timely close of AR for month-end & closing of one business unit in QuickBooks
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Perform customer account reconciliations along with daily cash reconciliations
- Identify and implement process improvements on an on-going basis to gain efficiencies where possible as well as stream-lining workflows
- Support and actively collect responsible regional customer accounts to ensure reduction of past due balances and aging is kept under control
- Support regional improvements in DSO through collaborative collections’ efforts and/or provide accurate information for various team members for their communications with their customers
- Assist the AR team on unidentified receipts and/or non-customer related receipts
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager & ad-hoc work as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
