We are seeking a Retail Office Assistant to join our team. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales office
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge is a plus
