Position: Customer Support
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Terms: Full-time
This is a full-time position, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are local to Las Vegas.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs, assist in navigating product features, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing scenarios and simulating user experiences.
- Update internal databases with technical issue details and insightful customer interactions.
- Inform customers about new product features and functionalities.
- Ensure resolution of technical issues by following up with customers.
- Engage clients effectively with superior verbal communication skills.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system.
- Address and resolve basic database and syncing issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in beverage and wine distribution industry preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk software.
- Familiarity with CRM programs; IT knowledge including database management and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field advantageous.
