Our family-owned and operated company performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field We perform sales, leases, and rentals of heavy equipment. Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 6 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEM’s we’ve partnered with.
This position combines knowledge of the market, knowledge of the product, territory management skills, and selling skills to drive revenues through building and maintaining relationships with customers, staff, and vendors. This base plus commission sales position has a minimum work schedule of 7 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday, and has strong income potential for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- 3 years+ success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry

Bachelor’s degree in related studies is preferred

Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan execution

Must be skilled with Microsoft office, including excel

Must be able to use our operating system (CDK), our CRM, and manufacturer websites

Ability to multi-task
