Job Overview:
The Customer Service Enrollment Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for MPG Club and Events, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current members. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving member inquiries and issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing member satisfaction and supporting the growth of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound enrollment inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about MPG Club and Events.
- Guide prospective members through the enrollment process, assisting with application forms, membership options, and event registrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, enrollment status, and follow-up actions.
- Resolve member issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process and improve member experience.
- Provide support during events, including registration assistance, information dissemination, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources to help members understand the benefits and features of MPG Club and Events.
- Monitor and report on enrollment metrics, member feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of membership retention strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments within MPG Club and Events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or enrollment support, preferably in events, membership organizations, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with event management software and online registration platforms is a plus.
